Talab-e-Deedar-e-Khuda (Quest for the Vision of Allah)

And seek assistance through patience and prayer, and most surely it is a hard thing except for the humble ones, who bear in mind the certainty that they are to meet their Lord, and that they are to return to Him (2:45-46)

And there are men who say: "Our Lord! Give us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and defend us from the torment of the Fire!" (2:201)

And if Allah should hasten the evil to men as they desire the hastening on of good, their doom should certainly have been decreed for them; but We leave those alone who hope not for Our meeting in their inordinacy, blindly wandering on (10:11)

Say thou: "This is my way: I do invite unto Allah,- on evidence clear as the seeing with one's eyes,- I and the one who follows me. Glory to Allah! and never will I join gods with Allah!" (12:108)

But whoso is blind in this world shall be blind in the Hereafter, and even more astray from the way (17:72)

Say, I am but a man like yourselves; but it is revealed to me that your God is One God. So let him who hopes to meet his Lord, do good deeds, and let him join no one in the worship of his Lord (18:110)

How! Are they still in doubt about the meeting with their Lord ? Lo! Is not He surrounding all things ? (41:54)

Now no person knows what delights of the eye are kept hidden (in reserve) for them - as a reward for their (good) deeds (32:17)

Verily, you have in the Prophet of ALLAH an excellent model, for him who hopes to meet ALLAH and the Last Day and who remembers ALLAH much (33:21)

And the blind and the seeing are not alike (35:19)

And the earth shineth with the light of her Lord, and the Book is set up, and the prophets and the witnesses are brought, and it is judged between them with truth, and they are not wronged (39:69)

There shall be sent round to them golden bowls and drinking-cups and therein shall be what their souls yearn after and (wherein) the eyes shall delight, and you shall abide therein (43:71)

The (Prophet's) (mind and) heart in no way falsified that which he saw. Will ye then dispute with him concerning what he saw? (53:11-12)

Some faces that Day will be beaming, laughing, rejoicing. And other faces that Day will be dust-stained (80:38-40)

Nay, they will, surely, be debarred from seeing their Lord on that day. Then, verily, they will burn in Hell. Then it will be said to them, `This is what you used to reject.'(83:15-17)

Thou wilt recognise in their faces the beaming brightness of Bliss (83:24)

Seeking only his Lord, the Most High (92:20)
